Helping Hands Healing Sanctuary

Partnering with Horses and Other Animals for Personal Transformation and Healing

Helping Hands Healing Sanctuary is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit nestled in the Willamette Valley of Oregon. We partner with horses and other animals to help individuals, groups, and teams rise to their full potential. All of the work we do with horses is on the ground, so their worth is never contingent on their athletic ability. We value the incredible intuition and compassion of animals, and our sanctuary residents will always have a home and a safe place here for the rest of their days.

Mindfulness With Horses

A Journey to Presence

Mindfulness With Horses: A Journey to Presence - Workshop Flyer

A unique workshop where the calming presence of horses nurtures mindfulness and grounding

Step out of the rush of daily life and into a space where time softens, breath deepens, and awareness gently returns to the present moment. Mindfulness with Horses is a unique, experiential workshop designed to help you reconnect with yourself, with nature, and with the quiet wisdom of horses.

Horses are deeply intuitive, sensitive beings who respond not to words, but to energy, intention, and authenticity. In their presence, we are invited to slow down, tune in, and become aware of what's happening within us. They offer immediate, honest feedback that can reveal patterns, soften tension, and guide us back into a grounded, centered state.

Date: Saturday, May 23 | 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Location: Helping Hands Healing Sanctuary, Newberg, OR

Workshop Cost: $175
